Greetings,
I'm trying to figure out why or how to make php report all it's errors
to a separate file.
in my php.ini , I have display_errors off, and log_erros on
and then for the error_log field I have
error_log = /my/path/logs/php_errors
yet, php or apache are taking the logs, and putting them in the error_logs
which also contain 404 errors etc from sections that don't use php. I
can't figure out what to do .. do I have to use the syslog facility and
then configure syslogd for this ? if so, then how can I specify the syslog
levels (crit,kern etc) ?
