At the point I've marked with a *****, you should check the category
ID / name of the next row in the table. If it is identical, don't
display the link. If it is different, you've reached the end of a
category and thus should display the link.
Caveat: Make sure you have another row in the results before you do the
check - if you're on the last row of results, you can assume you're at
the end of the category and thus display the link.
(Now, charge them extra for the privilege, and thus preserve your status
as a miracle worker ;))
