HTTP 405 - Resource not allowed error

Hi, <form method="post" name="form" action="insert_user.php" onsubmit="return verifyIt(this);"> This file and the index.php are kept in the same directory. But the browser returns I tried GET also, but not inserting the data to mysql db.
