Why does...
// assume October...
setlocale(LC_TIME, "de_GR");
echo strftime("%d. %B %Y");
gives me 'October'?
and this...
// assume October...
setlocale(LC_TIME, "de");
echo strftime("%d. %B %Y");
gives me 'October'?
and this...
// assume October...
setlocale(LC_TIME, "d");
echo strftime("%d. %B %Y");
gives me 'oktober'?
