Not to my knowledge. If you don't like using CVS, you can always browse
the source here:
http://cvs.php.net/cvs.php/phpweb
Of course, someone else could do a simple CVS checkout for you or
something. But, I don't see why CVS isn't sufficient for what you're
wanting.
