A few ways to do it - the default configuration has it in /usr/libexec/httpd/libphp4.so, so you can try locate libphp4.so. I imagine that Marc's version goes there as well. When in doubt, you can also check out your httpd.conf file (/etc/httpd/httpd.conf) and look for the line that starts with 'LoadModule php4_module...'.
