You can't do that kind of thing with a Location header. You'll need to
do something like this:
<A HREF="your-script.php" TARGET="your-frame">Link</A>
Or Javascript of course.
Plus you should try to use absolute paths when handing out Location
headers (ie. http://www.whatever.com/script... ).
