greek in php-xml

Hi, I'm developing a web site for a greek company and I want to show some greek texts from an xml file to an html page. The pages encoding is utf-8. So is the xml file and the xmlparses params. But the output is a bunch of ???????... What am I doing wrong? Is there any way to do this? Thanks in advance, Peter
