RGB to CMYK

Has anyone written an algorithym to convert CMYK color values to RGB and vice-versa? I found a Delphi script to do it, but when I converted it to PHP, it doesn't seem to work. for example, it converts the color red (0c, 87m, 99y, 0k) to 255r, 143g 127b. That isn't right. I have done an exhaustive search on the internet and only come up with the link to the Borland site. If anyone can point me in the right direction, or give me some pointers, It would help greatly. Thanks, K Greene Please reply to this email address as I am not subscribed to the list.
