Frames should not make muh problems

the loginpage is a single frame window. How do i have to write my php code to prevent all these session errors. session already startet in ..... on line ... Check the file and line, you started session there. You might have an include file included twice.

headers already sent in .... set_cookie already sent .... These 2 errors might be caused by the above error, if you fix that one these should disapeare too.
