Use the offset parameter:
<?php
$haystack = 'To be or not to be.';
$needle = 'be';
$needlesize = strlen($needle);
$pos = 0;
while (($pos = strpos($haystack, $needle, $pos)) !== false)
{
echo '$pos = '.$pos."\n";
$pos += $needlesize;
}
?>
