php developer needed for proj in nyc

hello, i have a paid project whose scope has grown from its original specs. more money has been allocated so that i can work with another php developer in order to get things finished on schedule. specifically we need some calendar | scheduling functionality and i just don't have the resources to do it on top of what i'm already doing. we intend to take bids on what people would do the work for once they understand the scope of what is to be outsourced. if you'd like to receive the full details of what needs to be done, email me at edahnke@istreetlabs.com. i'm not spending the money, but have prepared the owners to pony up something between $1500 - $3000 depending on how much help i receive. additionally i'd like to be able to say (for example) to the person in question. "i'm unhappy using cookies, what would it take ($$$) for you to roll a url propagating and db based authentication scheme". That is, i need a partner to help finish the site. the site is already hosted, and i can give an ftp account directly on the server. if you're in new york city, however, i'd much rather work on this with occasional face to face contact. sorry if this is not the forum for this. i notice that the php employment part of the site is under maintenance. regards, eric dahnke
