This is not exactly on-topic. But, I can help a company (possibly working on PHP) in need a couple of hands to finish a system analysis project. I am taking a class at UC Berkeley Ext that requires me to complete a IS Systems Analysis. It is preferable to be done for a company in the area, so my personal projects cannot count towards my assignments. What does the company get? A detailed analysis to an IS problem, several possible solutions depending on your business environment, and a suggestion. The project will take about 14 weeks. (Think Consumer Reports for a specific problem in your company) I will be your project consultant. I am a web programmer freelancer with business experience. (resume available). My professor has been a consultant for 30 years and his client list is only Fortune 1000. He will supervise the successful completion of the project. What kind of problems can you solve? The problem has to be Information Systems related. It cannot be deciding on what is the best way to write a piece of code, or how the DB should be designed. The company is ideally a mid-size company, but this is not set in stone. The major condition is the scope of the problem accepted. We would like to finish within 14 weeks and cannot solve your whole business' problems. How much would this cost? It will take some of your company's time while I do research and interviews to gather information. I would expect the company to cover all the expenses incurred on the project, which could be none. On the personal, level a small fee would be appreciated. PHP has been great for me and I thought I might be able to help somebody in the community.
