Error Printing Class, does someone know of any?

Hi, making a help/tutorial for my intranet software I though of a class that would be included and work something like $help->print('165'); what would then output some kind of clickable question mark which would give you some info from database (#165 in this case) on how to use that function, I'm pretty much sure I can write one on my own, but, if any of you know about any example It would make my life much easier.
