Yes that is true. But I would strongly recommend against doing that. You should never include anything over HTTP. Its extremely messy, 100% insecure and just a very very bad idea. I made an include file like this: <?php echo '<?php echo "Hello World!"; ?>'; ?> If you inlude that using HTTP, it outputs "Hello world!"
