Looking for partner

My company, which I own, has been brought on-board by a few agencies to complete a few projects: 1. A Shopping Cart 2. Online Education I could have used several different scenarios to complete these projects, but I have chosen PHP. The problem is that we are a small company and my wife is the real programmer here. I am a business dude that poses as a programmer. What I would like to do is create a partnership with someone in my area that has expertise in PHP. We are located in Harford County Maryland. I am not looking to partner. I am looking for an individual that has an entrepreneur attitude and is willing to get these projects rolling and be compensated like any other business partner would be. This person should be located in our area since we will need to work directly with the clients and each other. This probably is not the best forum to advertise this, but it certainly is the correct forum that shows obvious talent. I apologize if this violates any netiquette.
