parsing - HELP!

Hi, Does anyone know of a script that will grab a page and plug in the absolute urls (the way some anonymizer services do) for links, images, javascript, etc. For example, if I grabbed http://www.mydomain.com/myscript.php?url=http://www.php.net, then an image with the name of /images/big.gif should be changed to http://www.php.net/images/big.gif while a link to /manual/function.eregi.php should be changed to http://www.mydomain.com/myscript.php?url=http://www.php.net/manual/function.eregi.php If you have no idea what i'm talking about, do you know of any services that already do this?
