Hello all,
I upgraded from php 3.x to 4.0.2 explicity because of a function called
wordwrap which is exactly what I need to solve a problem for a client. The
problem is, this funcition does NOT work as described in the
documentation... using the example at the bottom:
$text = "A very long woooooooooooord.";
$newtext = wordwrap( $text, 8, "\n", 1);
echo "$newtext\n";
will display this on execution:
Warning: Wrong parameter count for wordwrap() in
/usr/local/apache/htdocs/test.php on line 3
The first example works fine but I really need the ability to "cut" the
words that exceed the specified length....
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong??? If this is a bug, how long
before I can expect a fix? I desperately need this function!!!
Thanks!
