Dear All,
I am sorry its a litle bit out of scope for PHP development etc.
I need to know which is the best softwre for eNewsletter publication (cron based) built in PHP/Mysql either opensource or proprietry on Linux OS.
Someone suggested me 1-2-All (http://www.activecampaign.com/12all/feature_testimonials.php).
Looking for your valuable comment/sugessions.
Cheers!
