Your best bet is to ask on the appropriate Postgres list, probably the general list. Subscription

Subject: [PHP] Postgres
Please help me with this:
- tutorials about PostgreSql (I only know www.postgresql.org and it is not
enough for me)
- how to design a relation between two tables with postgres
- how the inheritance mecanism works in postgres.
Thanks,
Miha
I know I'm OT.
