libswf isn't available for windows, so there can be no dll compiled.
there was something similar "ming" i believe, but i didn't tracked that.

this won't work, cause the extension are bound to a specific build. the
following options need to match:
build-date (date where the build was compiled)
threadsafess (non threadsafe/threadsafe)
build-mode (release/debug)
greetings
