Does anybody know a strategy/tool that would allow for the indexing and
searching of binary files like Word, etc., similar to what Microsoft Index
Server does, but on a UNIX-type platform and working with PHP? I am
familiar with Ht://dig and the idea of indexing BLOBs, but the former only
looks at HTML and the latter is only for BLOBs in text format already,
correct?
