Sessions Not Working!

Hi,
I have specified a path for the session files to be saved in php.ini, but
it does not seem to use it. Instead, it warns me that it has been unable to
save the session to /tmp... (I have set the path to
c:\inetpub\wwwroot\phptemp... am I using the wrong path format?)
