    <NODE name="aaa" value="NEW_value" />
    <NODE name="ccc" value="PHP_is_good" />

</XML> expected merge result: ======================= <XML>

    <NODE name="aaa" value="NEW_value" />
    <NODE name="bbb" value="hello all" />
    <NODE name="ccc" value="PHP_is_good" />

</XML>
