Hi,
A confusing question for me, really! =) Is it possible to have
register_globals off in php.ini and turn it on according to specific
DIRECTORY in httpd.conf?
I am using Apache and /html is the root directory. Right now
register_globals is off, and I would like to have register_globals
turned on under /html/project1 and all its sub-directories. How do I do
it?
I tried to turn register_globals on in httpd.conf:
-------1--------
<Directory ....>
...
php_flag register_globals on
</Directory>
-------2--------
<Directory ....>
...
</Directory>
php_flag register_globals on
-------3--------
....<<at the end of httpd.conf>>
php_flag register_globals on
Only 3rd one works, and it shows in phpinfo that local value is On but
master value is Off. What does this mean? And I tried a simple form,
after local value is turned On, but I still cannot access posted fields
globally, why??
Thanks.
