I try this script with php, but doesnt seems to create the folder <? exec("mkdir 123"); ?> anyone can help? Most well set up Web server document trees won't have the directories writable by the user id that the Web server runs in. Most likely, you're just running up against normal security precautions. If you have control of the document tree and you really want to allow scripts to create directories in it, you'll need to change the permissions on the parent directory so that it's writable by the Web server uid. -- Paul DuBois, paul@snake.net
