There used to ba a little known utility for NT called "Service Manager" It was freeware if
I remember correctly... check http://winfiles.com.
You REALLY shouldn't use telnet across the internet... anyone paying attention WILL get you
username/password. Try secure shell.... Oh, that's right, you're using W2K, never mind.
