Please Help me with urgent-strange PHP script

Hi all, I need to transfer a MySQL DB TODAY but I can't get a hold of one table that has mroe than 170.000 records in it. phpMyAdmin will time out every time I try to make a dump of that table. The other problem is that I only have access through phpMyAdmin... It's a remote server and I don't have telnet, ssh o any other thing to wotk with. I can't even get access to MySQL's files. I want to try something with PHP. Anybody knows how can I make a script that will fetch the first 10.000 records and show them as the SQL statement: INSERT INTO... for me to make a local .txt file with it? then I can make a SQL statement with all the inserts. This way, I can grab from 10.000 to 10.000 and the server won't time out. Thanks a lot, -- Cesar Aracena Patagonia Hosting Development Group
