Why does the line end character get killed when I use this switch. Input should just pass through the following oneliner should but all the line ends are gone.
cat file.txt | php -R 'echo $argn;'
Is there an explaination? I've been digging around for documentation on $argn and command line options, but it is pretty scarce!
Guidence is appreciated.
