I am trying to duplicate the effect found in the tech note found here:

Where the first data field, if duplicate, is not repeated.....but I am
doing it in PHP.
two of my many attempts:
www.aiaky.org/newsArchives3.php gets an error forline 90
www.aiaky.org/newsArchives3.php gets an error for line 100
it is the same code on these lines...just ended up in different places....
