You might take a look at Squirrel Mail (squirrelmail.org). It's a complete mail front end written in PHP, so you could look at the code to see how it interacts with the mail server. You could also look at dbmail, which is a mail server that uses MySQL as it's message store, which would make it easy to query via php and you wouldn't have to do any special parsing of mail since it's done for you. Has anyone done any work on parsing incoming mail. Kind of like a filter. How would you take a alias file which pipes an account to a php script into
diffrent vars ? ( user : | /scripts/myscript.php) ?
pointers would be appreciated. regards, omer. -- PHP General Mailing List (http://www.php.net/) To unsubscribe, visit: http://www.php.net/unsub.php -- Brent Baisley Systems Architect Landover Associates, Inc.
