regular expressions

Hi, I've been trying to use regular expressions to read some of the urls and links from an html file: eregi("<li><a href=\"http://(.*)\">(.*)</a>",$myLine, $temp); But no matter what I try I cannot seem to get it right. Can someone tell me the proper pattern/expression to use to read what's in the href field and what's between the <a> tags. I only want it to read them from the lines which start with the <li> tag to limit it to certain links. Thanks in advance for any help!! Robert Cissell
