Installation problem

I am running IIS2 on NT4 workstation. I am installing PHP4.02. Did all the
config and registry stuff ... when I test PHP script it returns HTTP 500
Internal server error message. I installed PHP into e:\php. The web
directory has read and execute permission.
Any ideas?
