Subject: [PHP] Too many open files - what the hell?
I got this error. I'm trying to copy a temporary file (was uploaded) to a
permenate file location. I don't have any other files being uploaded at the
same time. I'm not even using a require or include function. It's an admin
script, so no more then one person would even use it at one time. The /cars
dir has chmod 777 - so its not a permission problem. Help.
Here's code:
// $vehicle_pic is the filename variable from the http upload.
$new = rand(1000,100000);
$file = "$new" . ".jpg";
copy($vehicle_pic, "../cars/$file"); --------> this is the line it gives
as the problem line
Here's error:
Unable to create '../cars/1097.jpg': Too many open files in
