AFAIK the --enable-trans-sid switch causes PHP to automagically
append the "?SESSIONID=as79rg69r69qertsdr34" to each and every URL on the
page _before_ it sends the ourput to the browser.
So if you code the page like this:
<A HREF="nextpage.html">Next</a>
PHP will rewrite that to read
<A HREF="nextpage.html?SESSIONID=as79rg69r69qertsdr34">Next</a>
and send this to the user -- and that is what they will see.
