I haven't found good examples for this, but I have written a cpanel class that provides methods to query cpanel accounting information. Sample methods : userExists fetchUser listUsers setCredentials and the usual kill(), suspend(), etc. I had planned on polishing it and submitting it to PEAR, but I haven't found the time to do so. Let me know if you need any specific functionality, and I can just paste that snippet for you.
