if you add a .htaccess file in the /hello/ directory with something
like (assuming apache as webserver):
<Files great>
SetHandler application/x-httpd-php
</Files>
A file called great will be parsed as php.
Or in /
<Files hello>
SetHandler application/x-httpd-php
</Files>
then the file hello will be ran as php and $_SERVER['PATH_INFO']
will contain '/great'
Have fun :)
