WTF is the problem. I have a feeling my script sucks and I am doing something totally stupidThe problem is certainly not in your script, php should handle gracefully any code. You did not mention what php version you are using, try to upgrade to the latest version and see if it helps. Also try to run your script with another php installation, if that helps recompile your own installation. The script works fine here, php-5.0.0RC3
