You mean "is that doable in HTML." What you're asking for has to do with
what HTML to give to the browser to have the browser do what you want. PHP
has nothing to do with this, except creating the HTML you want.
Now, does HTML do what you want? I don't think so.
Can you create a two column table using HTML output from PHP? Yes. Then the
user can use the scroll bar on the browser and the browsers search function
(like Edit | Find in Netscape).
You can output the HTML so it'll stick the table into it's own frame if you
want. That'll keep it's scroll bar separate from the rest of the page
contents.
