Problem compiling PHP4

I try to compile PHP4 as an Apache-Modul. After 'make' I get the following
message:
zend-scanner.c:5766: warning: `yy_fatal_error' defined but not used
zend-scanner.c:5751: warning: `yy_top_state' defined but not used
I used: PHP4, Apache 1.3.12, MySQL 3.22.32, S.U.S.E.6.2
Anybody an idea what's wrong?
