Perhaps...
a) Put a space between CC: and $other_mail
b) What's the format of $other_mail? Should be comma separated.
c) Remove the space between \n and Reply-to:
d) Are there quote marks in some of the $other_email
???
Reminds me of your email name ("Paulson, Joseph V. \"Jay\""). I'd suggest
removing the quoted name. It'll cause problems somewhere or another and it
comes through on my system just as show above, so looks kind of silly with
the \" in there.
