hello all, I'm having some problems and I'm not sure if they're real bugs or if I just didn't configure PHP correctly when I built it from source. my setup is at: http://members.xoom.com/TigerQuimpo/phpinfo.html information that would have identified the actual server has been removed. but all the other information is still in there. problem #1: mysql_fetch_assoc($row) doesn't work. i get a function does not exist error. is this normal for php 4? or does it require a specific version of mysql? or does it not work if both php4 and php3 are setup in apache? problem #2: the setup file says that php.ini is in /usr/local/lib. i *do* have setup.ini in that directory, and it is readable by www (which httpd runs as). but when i set include_path="blah:/blah:/blahblah" phpinfo says that include_path is empty. on the other hand, when i change session management information and other things, i see the changes in phpinfo(). am i doing something wrong there? thanks very much for any assistance. tiger -- Gerald Timothy Quimpo tiger@kami.com http://members.xoom.com/TigerQuimpo entia non sunt multiplicanda veritas liberabit vos praetere necessitatem mene sakhet ur-seveh
