I posted this the other day and received no response, so I thought I would try it again. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Is anyone out there using this function successfully? I am having a heck of a time getting it to work right. I have a message that I want to mark as "Answered", however the flag doesn't appear to be setting properly. Here is what I am doing: I have a variable named $link which is being created from an imap_open call (which successfully opens a stream). I have a variable named $msg which is the UID of the message that I want to mark as answered. I call imap_setflag_full like this: $stuff = imap_setflag_full($link, $msg, "\\Answered", ST_UID) ; If I echo out $stuff after this call, it is set to 1 (which I am assuming means the call didn't fail? The manual says that imap_setflag_full returns a string. Granted, 1 could be considered a string, but I was hoping for something a little more meaningful :) ). After the imap_setflag_full call, I do this: $info = imap_headerinfo($link, $msg) ; echo "Answered Flag: ".$info->Answered ; This prints out only "Answered Flag:" with no value for $info->Answered.
