mod_php/mysql/apache for Mac OS X???

Hello! (again!) Sorry if there are already answers for this...if so, please refer me! I've tried to build php/mySQL for Mac OS X public beta, and ran into a series of glitches... I've tried the fixes at http://www.prnet.de/RegEx/mysql.html but had no luck compiling. I think there is some library missing, or something. (I tried this a week or so ago, meaning to get back to it, but have had no time!) Has anyone succeeded in building a working mySQL/mod_php/Apache for Mac OS X?
