Hi
I would recommand use MS Access or Excel to provide the
input interface. You can write VB with COM object to
get the result uploaded into whatever database you wanted
through ODBC once your user finishes typing. But this requires
good programming knowledge on COM and VB. So,
if you can avoid MySQL all together, just use Access. If you
have to use MySQL, write PHP file upload program to
upload your database file. And you need to tell the user
save their Execl session or Acess table in to text formated
files, and go to your webserver to upload it.
(Word is just good for typing.)
