I have a trick to do that. If anything else fails you can use the unix
command wget to save the result page of a php script.
Use the -O option, is something like 'wget -O index.html
http://www.host.com/index.php'. This works
fine. Dependent on the hardware
for your server you can do this on crontab.

Assunto: [PHP-GENERAL] PHP->HTML compiler?
Is there an external PHP to HTML compiler.
I like to have the HTML page not dynamically created
by the web server. A compiler should do the work
time by time (input: php-file output:html-file)
and the HTML page stays on the server as a static page.
