Some ideas, but no guarantees... use single quotes rather than doubles, try dropping the "lines terminated by" line which will use the default '\n', perhaps there's some unescaped quote marks or commas inside a field of your text file... If that doesn't fly, reformat your dump from the other database to conform with the load data parameters. If your further hacking doesn't work, this is really a MySQL question so should be looked up on the MySQL mailing list archive, then, if no answer is found, posted to the list.
