How do I get an xml tag to work with a php script? <?xml version="1.0"?> php is trying to parse that. -Josh
You probably want to turn the short-open-tags option off, so PHP doesn't recognize the <? as a start of a code block. Of course, if you use that in your code, you might have to do a batch edit to change <? to <?php As they say on http://us4.php.net/basic-syntax the use of short-tags is discouraged for this, among other, reasons. -steve -- +--------------- my people are the people of the dessert, ---------------+ | Steve Edberg sbedberg@ucdavis.edu | | University of California, Davis (530)754-9127 | | Programming/Database/SysAdmin http://pgfsun.ucdavis.edu/ | +---------------- said t e lawrence, picking up his fork ----------------+
