I'll definitely submit it to PECLassoon as it is more stable, but I'm not sure it is a good idea to submit a pre-alpha...There are plenty of extensions in that state in PECL. The point of PECL is that you most likely get more feedback about your extension as you will find there more people interested in this kind of things. Your extension would also be automatically available in binary format (DLL) for Windows.
