Excuse me? That's like saying that fires are the result of smoke detectors being
too sensitive. Lots of warnings are the result of sloppy coding.
I can maybe see setting error_reporting to a lower value on a production site,
but I _always_ code with error_reporting set to E_ALL (all errors, warnings,
etc). It helps to keep code clean and to find a lot of problems that would
otherwise be incredibly obscure.
